About Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga is a demanding series of postures specifically designed to work every muscle, joint, ligament, tendon, gland and organ in the body. While improving strength, balance and flexibillity, you will re-shape your body, and relieve stress and tension.

Additional benefits are the healing of injuries weight loss, and limitting the effects of aging. The room is heated, so be prepared to sweat, strain, laugh and do more for your health, body, and general well being than you ever imagined possible.

The 90-minute series was specifically designed with the beginning student in mind. However, the postures can challenge the most devoted practitioners for many years. Students of all levels and ages benefit from this total body workout

  • New students arrive 15 minutes before class
  • Beginners are welcome in all classes
  • Bring or rent/buy towels, mat & water
